Following joining T J Hall in August 2008, with over 30 years’ construction experience, he actively manages Projects including Client needs, Architect, Structural Engineer, Planning & Building Regulations and Officers, Sub-contractors & Suppliers. He ensures effective integration and communication with the customer, professional advisors and our supply chain. His aim is to manage projects with openness and excellent team spirit and encourage development and growth within the business which includes the highest standards of Health, Safety, Welfare and Environmental issues. He ensures each member of the team understand their roles and responsibilities, together with the customer and consultants. To help compliment his skill set he achieved an NVQ Level 6 whilst with T J Hall.
In his spare time Richard enjoys freshwater fishing.
